Mepitel® Wound Contact Layer Dressing, 10cm x 18cm
- Transparent, perforated and non-absorbent dressing.
- Open mesh structure allows exudate to pass into a secondary absorbent structure without sticking to the wound.
- Has Safetac® technology on both sides: Non-adherent to moist wound bed, adheres gently to surrounding intact skin, minimizes trauma and pain at dressing change.
- It promotes undisturbed wound healing and seals around the wound margins to reduce the risk of maceration.
- Designed for a wide range of exuding wounds such as skin tears, skin abrasions, sutured wounds, partial thickness burns, lacerations, partial and full thickness grafts, diabetic foot ulcers, venous and arterial leg ulcers.
- Can also be used as a protective layer on non-exuding wounds, blisters, fragile skin and exposed fragile tissues.
