This wound dressing is a fast wicking, non-swelling polyurethane foam with a highly breathable film backing which prevents wound exudates strike-through and is a barrier to outside contamination while the dressing remains intact without leakage.
- Reduced potential for skin maceration.
- Adapts to changing levels of exudates to maintain moisture balance for optimal wound healing.
- Demonstrates high fluid handling capacity under compression.
- Dressing does not stick to wound bed thereby minimizing disruption of healing tissue.
